yes i think it shows up in a list of connections when he does it.

netstat -b while in a Steam call with someone will mention their IP. I think Skype works the same way, although I'm not 100% sure.

Yeah, its not actually a threat unless he times his attacks on you for 5 minutes, but that would mean only one actual person will be DDoSed

this is why i don't use SF or Skype for calls. stick to TS and Vent.

Steam uses skype codecs. you can resolve someone's IP through Skype, same with Steam afaik.
