I've never killed him, but I'd assume that you'd need to be a pro in order to kill him in-game. My aim is terrible. I've also never met an actual Blockland moderator or administrator in-game before. I wish I did though.

also killed him at pecon's boss battles in the bedroom and he left

Back when Badspot hosted his SpeedKart server he would always go after me at the very beginning of each round and purposely try to ram me off. So after a while I actually dodged him and he fell into the water and died. I was still intact and fine and he ended up ragequitting his own server.
