Apparently blue light can keep you awake.

I don't know the specifics, but I know that using the computer/DS/Phone before bed can cause you to have trouble sleeping.

Take 2 benadryls. I was really sick once and had to take them, I felt like how I felt once when I didn't really have any sleep for like 2-3 days. Those things knocked me out. So get a cold before you take them ;)

solution: just don't sleep. ever. you can do it
more real solution: take an hour or so break of not using that stuff before going to bed
possible third solution: f.lux

Your mind might be too active for you to sleep. What I do before going to bed every night is address all of my thoughts and bring them to a conclusion which I am happy with, I've been doing this for a year or two now and I always manage to get to sleep within 10-20 minutes without fail.

Playing video games doesn't help, it just makes us overly-excited and hyper.

I've been doing the same for the last 6 months!
