If you don't mind a recommendation, try adding a second floor. Doesn't have to follow the lower floors outline exactly either.

make the light from the fire a brick higher than the fire itself so the floor in the cabin lights up

Here's some constructive criticism-
-The roof is a bit low. Try to raise it a bit.
-Those windows seem a bit strange. Don't know how this could be improved though.
-Seems a bit empty. Try adding more furniture.
-There shouldn't be fire pits inside. That would just light up the whole place. There should be a fireplace instead.
-Why isn't the door wooden?
But, pretty nice.
