Author Topic: how would I start working out?  (Read 6139 times)

I want to get rid of this gut I have and gain muscle mass. My problems are that I don't have the money for weights or a gym membership, and I don't eat healthy (I'm lean too). I don't know who to ask for this, but advice will help if possible.

no wieghts? no problem, pushups, pullups, crunches, squats, runnings, stairs, plyometrics

Why not just do pushups and situps daily?
