The last thing you want to do is focus on getting muscles.

Cardio, cardio, cardio.

i agree

I'd go with machines or calisthenics

i've saved well over $2000 to date by buying my own equipment years ago and quitting the gym

i get the added bonus of no new-year-resolutionists hogging the squat rack too

You guys are loving lucky, Whenever I try to gain muscle mass and wait it goes away the next month or so.
My metabolism is to high, 14 meals at Mccigaretteol will only gain me like 2 pounds.

Heres what I did:
Lotsa work in the woods, climbing dem trees n stuff. Works out those legs and arms.
Constant bike riding, like 50 miles a week with huge ass hills. Make you sore but damn dem calfs
Eat better! More home-cooked meals, don't touch fast food!
Do random pull ups and cruches. And do both at the same time, it'll hurt like a bitch but damn it'll give results. I had a workout routine that involved having to do 2 pullups before advancing down the stairs, or into the kitchen.
Do it man, do it!

Don't lift weights unless you put on fat and have a good base around your spine. What do you want hernia or something? Pushups + Crunches + Lots of food
