The layout is good but the actual icons are pretty bad in contrast. Try smoothing the edges?

To be honest the text looks too smooth and i prefer sans-serif typefaces but that's just me
I also think the 2 colors in each of the letter's gradients have too much contrast between them.
I like the primary design however.
