Funny thing I learned here at Washington state, The Comcast servers over here are not in Portland, OR but rather in Seattle, WA, so when there's internet clogging up there, there's clogging down here and vise-versa. This could be the case but the actual server isn't the Seattle, WA one.

we're paying for 60 megabits/second god damn

im so glad they upgraded us from 30 mb/s to 60 mb/s as my webpages were loading in 0.09 seconds (way too long -_-) and steam games took ages (like 1 hour per 16 gb game) ugh
