Event Problems: OnActivate is Admin Only and I want to change that.

While I was host my Explosive FortWarz! everyone says that OnActivate is Admin only. That first wasn't really a problem, until a lot of people started rage quitting. I need this problem fixed or I'll have to start hosting dead servers.

it's probably an addon causing this
try disabling half of your selected addons, if the problem is gone select the other half
once you find the half with the problem do that again, until you find the addon causing it
