i decided to take a look at the negative reviews for blockland on steam, and this is one that i think you guys are always creating all the time with new players.

this is ridiculous you guys. i literally see this happen with everybody that bought blockland off steam. the whole reason for blockland on steam was to expand the community massively and you guys are just throwing them out, even though we all begged and supported blockland greenlight, which got it up, ofc. i've seen very few people like me that actually try and help the new players. even my friends say "oh wow a blockhead joined the server" in disappointed voices (when we're in skype calls). can't those people i'm talking about just change and help the new people?

exactly, every time someone says 'oh a blockhead joined -_____-" i just get pissed and if they start to harass them, then i leave.

I noticed this too. People just think they are better than the rest so they bash on the noobs and try to not give them a chance

Right now it's me and a couple other users that voluntarily do practically all of the customer support. If Badspot wants people to do this kind of stuff for him, he should communicate with us way more he does now, and he should participate in customer support more often. Maybe he could even *gasp* improve the key recovery and other self-help systems.

He should also pay more attention to the modding community. We're the wind in this damn game's sails, and I'm sure he knows it.
