just found this nifty little default app on my s4. called watchon
 
I can control anything that uses infrared signals (anything that uses a remote) with my phone. dvd players, and most importantly projectors which are used in every classroom to show things on the board. this is going to be loving fun.

Im pretty sure that you can do this with iPhones. Not exactly sure how it works and I haven't tested it out yet. Ill try it sometime.

we have a giant school assembly tommorow. they are going to show a video from a projector. during the video I plan on using my phone to start flipping the screen around. this is going to be fun
