Author Topic: Getting real bad headaches at school  (Read 1844 times)

Okay so for the past 2 weeks I've been getting insane headaches all week, almost to the point where I can't think, I get angry quickly (when I'm in pain I get angry for some reason), I don't pay attention in class and it's really starting to take a toll, as I have exams tomorrow and next week. Over Christmas break I had no headache what so ever. But now, I have this, I only get them at school and they go away once I get home around 4:00 PM. Is there any way I can try to solve this issue?

drugs

always the answer

take some painkillers...?

Drink more water and make sure you are getting the right nutrition when you eat lunch.

Drink water, keep away from noisy people as much as possible (Not easy sometimes), talk to ur doctor if that doesn't work I guess. BTW, how's public school going for you other than this?

i used to get migraines a lot at school and my mom would have to pick me up because I was in excruciating pain.

When this happened to me the doctor said it was a migraine, try asking your parents or guardians if you can stay at home for a day to sleep

i get these wierd headaches at school right above my eyebrows and they irritate the stuff out of me and i think its b/c im missing my glasses. my mom is taking me to the eye doctor to go pick up my new pair on saturday but i told her that i need them now and she just walked away.

drink more water, eat more food

drink more water, eat more food
you just can't do that at school

I only get them often when I'm dehydrated, went to bed late and/or had a bad sleep, and/or when I am hungry. Otherwise if I am hydrated, had a good sleep, and not hungry I'm fine. I think you should try to do the same.

you just can't do that at school
i know. he probably isnt eating enough food, drinking enough water at home or at lunch

you just can't do that at school
if you tell them that it's to help with headaches most decent teachers will let you have a bottle of water in class
I had one teacher who encouraged it, he taught the health class
