It will be fine, the russian security knows what they are doing. In fact if a terrorist tried to strike, they would be bound to never be heard from again.

You can't fight a group that uses guerilla tactics effectively with convectional means. Get those WW2 and Cold War stereotypes out of your head. If one thing is true about the Russians and Soviet states is that they are good at causing collateral damage to cities, but they suck at fighting unconventional enemies like Finland and the mujahedeen.
