Author Topic: I really hate YouTube and EMI  (Read 714 times)

Okay so I made an intro for this vid I'm making and I put it on youtube as a test. It uses "All the Things She Said" by Simple Minds... And yes it uses like a minute of the music but some company called EMI Music Publishing claims it as their remastered version of it that I used.
Which I could understand and would accept... If they didn't block the video in the American Samoa, Canada, Germany, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, United States, United States Minor Outlying Islands, and the United States Virgin Islands.

Seriously what the crap EMI
Why is my video blocked in my own country now
Why

If you guys have any complaints about YouTube copyright stuff too, you can post about it here too

Youtube is being a big meany head so we should all beat it up and call it names and stuff

EMI may not even be behind that stuff since all the copyright strikes are automated by an AI who doesn't know it's zeroes from it's ones

M&Ms don't exist, i know this for a fact, a big guy in a red suit and a white beard told me so

I have a modified sound system and posted a video of it on Youtube. I play about 40 seconds of a song over my car radio, not even edited into the video, over my radio in the background, and Youtube muted my video for copyright.

did the red suit man have a nice candy cane

emi never even produced the song

also the band left chrysalis which was a part of emi in 2000

I have a Firefox extension that evades those weird country bans on videos

why cant youtube actually let you dispute these so called copyright issues, all we have is a crappy Q&A thing
