Author Topic: Newtonian camera movement  (Read 3904 times)

It was too dark and I couldn't see what was going on, even after turning the brightness up. I also couldn't really tell what was different about that so-called "Newtonian" camera movement compared to regular camera movement. Would you mind explaining this in some detail or perhaps try using a brighter build?

If you play Minecraft, I think it's the "cinematic camera."

Similar, I guess.

Basically, your camera has mass, drag, force, acceleration and carrying velocity which all affect each other according to Newton's second law.

it's just black

You sir need to brighten up your video.

Dark room in real life =/= Dark video

So does it affect the player movement at all, or is it just the camera motion that is being smoothed
