1. ToonBoom Animate 3 - $349 on ToonBoom's Website - For Mac/Pc - Mega harder than Flash Fact: Spongebob uses ToonBoom


2. Flash 4/5/MX/8/CS3/CS4/CS5/CS6 - Unkown Price from anywhere (comes on cd) - For Mac/PC - Easy? Fact: MLP:FIM uses Flash 8


3.Stykz/Pivot - Freeware anywhere - Pivot: PC, Stykz: Mac/PC/Soon,Linux - Easy? Fact: Anime lovers kinda like this program for their videos.



4. Frames 5 - Unkown Price - Mac Only - Easy and simple Fact: mlg?


5. Easytoon - Freeware anywhere - Windows/Ubuntu Only - Easy and simple Fact: its like pivot fused with flipnote


6. Anime Studio - $50 for Debut and $300 for the pro version - Universal Mac/PC - Kinda Hard? Fact: BFDI uses it?
