Accident buying the game.

I was going playing on GTA 5 for Xbox 360. I was accident buying Assassins creed 4: Black Flag. Because I press the control pad on button as very quickly (TAP CLICK CLICK CLICK TAP TAP CLICK), big Oops as brought the game. I had call to Xbox company to resolve issues for refund money back to my bank. That was close, whew. Then I had cancel download the games. Next time, I have to be careful read before I buy the game stuffs. Representative said to me "You are with us for six year, We not want lose to you are our customer, We can give you one time for a refund." 
and Representative said, "Some people does made mistake accident buying the game."

I got my email from Representative:

As per our call today, I confirm your refund has been requested and takes up to 72 hours to complete on our system.

Please note that the credit can take up to 30 days to appear on your bank statement.
