Is Blockland Down?.com

Similar to issteamdown.com. Pretty self-explanatory; a simple website for checking Blockland's core servers. I honestly don't know why this hasn't been done yet.

To my knowledge, the site isn't being DoS'd.

It seems that when Blockland is down, it takes way longer to load. I'm remaking the system so it lets the page load before determining if it's down; I'll post updates here.
