Blockland.exe is not responding

So, when I minimized BL to do something, and when I tried to put it back into fullscreen, it just turned into this grey 1/4 screen sized box on the top left corner on my screen, that when I click, it just says "Blockland.exe is not responding" I have over an hour of work, which has not been saved at stake, so I'm really just trying to get it responding. Help would be appreciated.

Usually, when I would try to open it up again, I would just get a black screen, and it would maximize as it should, so this is not normal.

It does that when it is switching the fullscreen. Either wait for it to go to fullscreen or go in options and uncheck the fullscreen box and restart the game
