what do you do when part of one of those little menus gets stuck on your screen?

so how do you get rid of it?

I usually right click again and it goes away to bring up a new menu, then I just close that one like normal.
Also, I'm more interested about that lewinsky story.

that happens a lot with the steam menu for me, but it isn't fixing this ;~;

I used to get that sometimes, could usually get rid of it by right clicking whatever created the menu again, either that or it would just disappear at some point.
Apart from that all I can think is reboot.

i usually change my resolution and change it back to fix it and it works 90% of the time
