I have a theory about what you could do with it, to get rich.
Lottery tickets are 1$ each, so if you spent all 600$ on tickets, you would have 600 tickets. Since you win free tickets sometimes, you could round this up to 650 tickets.
It's estimated that one roll of tickets has one 100$ winner, so you could buy 600$ worth of tickets, (probably 10-15 rolls, start with the almost empty ones to maximize your chances) and in all the rolls you buy, win 1000$ to 1500$. You could then repeat this cycle for more money.
It's much better to do something like this to increase your money, then to do something that will just lower it.
