I have a theory about what you could do with it, to get rich.

Lottery tickets are 1$ each, so if you spent all 600$ on tickets, you would have 600 tickets. Since you win free tickets sometimes, you could round this up to 650 tickets.

It's estimated that one roll of tickets has one 100$ winner, so you could buy 600$ worth of tickets, (probably 10-15 rolls, start with the almost empty ones to maximize your chances) and in all the rolls you buy, win 1000$ to 1500$. You could then repeat this cycle for more money.

It's much better to do something like this to increase your money, then to do something that will just lower it.

No just don't believe in probability and you can win. It's not like the companies running lotteries have any understanding of the probability of people winning and losing. They also totally don't make it so they will be always making money.
