If all you're going to do is moan, complain, and whine about how bad a server is why do you want on it. If I had someone telling me my server was terrible I'm an awful host no one should play it and be a whiny little child I'm going to show them the way out the door the fast way. Tezuni doesn't want people that are going to sit in his server and cry all day about how bad it is and how the admins are soooooooo awful for banning people that break the rules/are little brats. Maybe he only wants people that enjoy playing the server correctly? While of course not everyone that has been banned has been super hostile or aggressive, a lot have.
I see your point, but the problem within is that the admins are so horribly bad that it's impossible for people who want to enjoy it but can't. So the way 90% of those people express that is thru wining and bitching. It's an endless cycle.
Here's a perfect example, right from this topic alone.

Who in their right mind bans someone for this reason? The ban reason box is there so when you permanently ban someone, and they try to join a month later, they remember what they are banned for. It's not, and should never be used as a joke. Using administrative powers is not funny, and should only be used when absolutely necessary.
