I just noticed that the angle in this artwork is such that you can't see the top of either shoe.

Considering all the details the shoes have in that picture that they lack in game, if you looked inside the shoe, you might see the top of the Blockhead's foot, which would technically be the top of the ankle

Someone should make a detailed player type that has the small details shown in that picture
