I don't want to see a console Blockland, more members means that it would attract a lot more noobs.
Also Odinkong makes a great point.

Im guessing this is badspots thought when he read that?
More members=more money

Think of what you're asking.  Blockland for the Wii would require way more effort than you'd expect.  How would players type?  On-screen keyboard?  No thanks.  Plus, it would require at least a $2000 expense by Badspot and / or his company.  The fee for the dev kit needed to develop Torque games for the Wii runs between $2000 and $10000 USD.

I don't know why people keep posting this crap.  It's not even in the right section.

Badspot, I recommend you publish of list of things you flat-out won't do.  Not that it would help any...

Yeah, I found other links @ garagegames.com.  Nifty.  It's still in the ridiculously early stages of use in terms of distribution.  I'd rather see a Blockland 2 for TGEA than a Blockland port to a console.

I like how he tries to completely ignore the fact that he got proved wrong.

Hah, sorry. I didn't think about it like that when I posted. Just for the reference, a lot of new members are cool. Just there's more noobs that come in than good Blocklanders.

O.O Trader...owned...

Not really.  See, when presented with new information, an intelligent person seeks to verify that information.  I've seen TorqueX firsthand, but had not yet heard of any developments for the Wii.  But, if you pay close attention to all the articles regarding this topic, you'll notice that it wasn't GarageGames that developed Torque for Wii.  It was a third party.  So, technically we're both right.  Yes, Torque for Wii exists.  No, GarageGames didn't make it.  I'm not trying to hide anything.  I learned something new.  I try to make sure that happens every day.  Maybe if you took the time to read the available information on the subject, you'd be better qualified to post here instead of looking for the pwn.

Once I get my 360 back, I'm going to try running Blockland on it. It's probably by now on its way back to me, CD drive broke'd and I sent it for free shipping to Texas for it to be repair'd.

Impossible without engine code, game code, and permission from Badspot, and without a license for TorqueX.

Quoted for Truth. Not a Blockland 2, but a PWNing version of Blockland. :D

Maybe it could be released for WiiWare?  It would probably be much cheaper and easier that way, but it might need to be made smaller, or even require a SD card.

Most likely it would have to start off as single player only, but perhaps if it is possible, there could be updates to it to add new content.  Multiplayer would definitely need to have a half decent keyboard (maybe even a custom one if Blockland Wii became successful enough to justify it).  However, even a limited single player could still be fun if done right.

Of course, this is all unlikely to happen, and I doubt I would choose to play it over this Blockland.

Why would you even want to play blockland on wii when you can just play on your computer. Also it would be anoying to control probably
