Author Topic: Novelty Bricks Not Working (Read 1476 times)

/title. I downloaded them straight off the Leetlegacy site and put them in my add-ons folder but it won't show up in-game in my add-ons list. Yes, the game was closed when I downloaded them and I have tried restarting the game.

Anyone able to help with this?

also tell me the exact name of the add-on
"Brick_Novelty" or whatever it is

I thought it would be Brick_Novelty but the folder is just named Novelty

That's your problem, I think. It has to have a section name

Although, I don't trust the add on if the maker was that stupid.

It's because the OP is too stupid to read the two-step instructions on the download page. It clearly tells you to extract the archive and move the zip files in there to your add-ons folder.

i reallly don't blame him, and there's no reason to call him stupid
you call people stupid when they miss the like 6 posts about the same thing on the front page of help

it's their (your?) fault for making the add-ons NOT comply with literally every other add-on on blockland's scheme - none of them have to be extracted, just yours.

Not reading the two lines with the headline 'installation' right above the download button is stupid

It's not my add-on - in fact I have no idea whose site that is.
It looks like you need to extract it because it's actually 2 add-ons, one being the bricks, and one being the screen prints for them. You can't combine them because prints have to be loaded from a print_blah add-on and when loading a print_blah add-on server.cs will not be executed.
