Actually, the MESA Linux drivers support the extensions that don't allow it to run on Windows.

well to be fair, this was one of the free boxes they gave out to devs.
so of course its going to be one of the cheaper ones. and even more likely the low end ones since they want devs to optimize settings to work on it.
