Why would you need new drvers to run shaders? Its an issue with the GPU and OpenGL

GPU is graphics processing. It is GPU, because if you have Intel Integrated GPU, then you cannot run shaders.

I do love shaders, but I really wish they were better optimized.

I can run on Max Perfectly fine, any map, no lag at all.
