If they don't have the average common sense an average Joe would carry in his skull, then they should be banned anyway.

Ok, but some forums also have slightly differing rules.  Like in some cultures where it is okay to steal if you are poor is wrong in other places as a real life example.  I just think an updated rule list for referal should be around, and people can't say they've been banned for "unspoken rules".

He could ban me for this post for mentioning his name, nether less, if he wants to add rules to the list that he made about 5 years ago, he may do so.

BTW Swat, I don't see why you are getting so upset. Of course he can ban anyone, but there's already a rules list so adding on to it isn't going to cause any sort of problem. I don't think its an often occurrence that he bans for the sport of it, but sometimes the obvious rules that do get violated need some kind of reference. Doing so will also decrease the amounts of complaints on unfair bans.

I am not upset, I am simply communicating that if Badspot thought the rules need reinforcement, he would have done it ages ago.

Badspot/Ephi never "unfairly" ban people. There is always reason behind the bans given to users.

i like unwritten rules because they always keep trolls on the edge because they can't manuever around the forum rules as easily in their escapades and because it also helps assimilate users through using their own common sense to fit in

How bout no ID discrimination in general?  People often discriminate low IDs for being pricks.

Either way, this can't be enforced because too many people in-game do this, and that would require thousands of unneeded threads and bans.  It's just pointless to include that.

21. Don't make topics about how you want terrain/interiors back. You're not allowed to have an opinion and everyone else is always correct.
