I saved something through paint then tried to re-open it, but get this error. Why the the forget am I being denied of my own file?

Try running it as administrator.
Also check permissions. It's in properties somewhere.

I don't think all programs run as an administrator even if you are logged in as one.

Fixed. Just ran the program as administrator and it worked.
