I have decided upon this proposal:
England agrees upon giving up Scandinavian land, although it wishes that it's Northern Canadian claim can be kept, along with it's rather small South American claim. England wishes to keep peace, so it in trade for the land is wants a peace treaty to be signed so no more land can be taken from England by threatening it.
