Yes, sort of. I guess it's a legitimacy thing too. Basically, because there is no money, resources are divided between projects, rather than have money be the limiting/bottlenecking factor. Resources flow freely without the control of money, and to maximum efficiency, provided the plan is updated on a regular basis for changing situations. There's never really a surplus of any resource because it can all be used effeciently without any money changing hands. There's no good way to explain it


Russia sees a spike of production to unprecedented levels and uses this to push the agenda of the nuclear programs and military modernization, along with beginning the new social expansion programs.

England warns nations that the use of radioactive materials to make a weapon may have a devastating effect on humanity.

But I digress, research in nuclear fission starts. England requests current information about this stuff in trade for radar.
England's prototype of a tank is outstanding. Tracks are connected to wheels, and these wheels spin with a massive engine. Thick titanium-steel plating is placed on the sides and front of the tank. A massive turret is placed onto the chassis, which fires an assortment of rounds. An optional gunner seat is well, optional.

This is only a prototype, so it is still in testing to perfect.
The first mother ship, the AES Kangaroo, is being made. It is a massive ship designed to launch planes and communicate with other vessels through the use of the "Kang-Code" through radio. It also has outstanding defenses. Citizens are proud they are putting there taxes into this project.

The first and early tanks are now being researched (Pretty much armored metal vehicles). They will only have machine guns.

Russia is lucky to be so close to Kazakh (Kazakhstan) which has largest reserves of uranium in the world. Specialized mines are built near the boarder of whatever country occupies that land right now.
