Science: fully construct a spaceship to leave behind this pitiful Earth in favor of the warmth of Alpha Centauri! (in order to fully complete the spaceship, you will need to have researched rocketry [Apollo Project], satellites, advanced ballistics, nanotechnology, and particle physics!
Diplomatic: win a World Leader vote in the International World Council!
