I was 6 year old to start learned Sign Language.

well, no offense to you, but you're kinda missing out a lot. i got the cochlear implant less than one year ago and i'm hearing a lot stuff since.

My mom took sign language for a while and learned a bunch about deaf culture. A lot of people are offended by cochlear implants because they feel like they would lose their culture and sense of self. I don't know if that's how Furling feels, but I would like to know if it is.
