Funny because it's your opinion if I was a "richard" about it or not. What if I was like someone who protested the law enforcement's acts and government's allowance of the checkpoint system? What I did would be considered a protest. Not being a richard about it.
Sure you can, but I doubt most people do.
Irrelevant to the current debatego straight to jail
1. an officer is not going to be arrested for searching a car without cause. unless he like shot or molested you during the search, the most he's going to get is a scathing review after the fact that mind end up with him being fired. 2. officers deal with starfishs all the time. why do you think that your stupid little "hurrr i plead teh 5th" comment is going to make an officer rage so hard he forgets up on his job? youre loving roostery as stuff.3. cops never run roadblocks alone. that's dangerous and asking for trouble, and it's pretty stupid to assume that his buddy would just stand by and watch as his partner broke protocol. 4. you cant just call the cops and say "this cop searched my car without cause" and they'd know who it is. you'd need a name or badge number. but again, breaking minor protocol isn't grounds for a cop to be arrested. you're a loving moron and a bad liar. You're basically one of those fedora-wearing asswipes that imagines scenarios where they were a badass who beat somebody in a game of intellectual chess or something, but it always comes off as bizarre and stupid as this horsestuff story of yours.
raven clearly did
Did you even read Stockings post?http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=250422.msg7233094#msg7233094or
So say he was lying doesnt change the debate at all. We're debating who is right in this situation (whether it actually happened or not) not if its real or not lol
