I literally made 1 post about it then just replied to everyone who quoted me since then. I'm not holding on to it, I'm just talking to people who are talking to me. It's a specific error that particularly annoyed me so I pointed it out, it's not like I'm being an insufferable national socialist about every little thing.

Anyway, more to the point: contrary to as you've said, I don't believe informal conversation should be devoid of grammatical accuracy. You're speaking English, bastardization of the language isn't forgivable simply because we are friends. The nature of the BLF is entirely informal to me, but just because I understand the semantics of the message doesn't mean that it carries an acceptable level of grammatical accuracy.
