Yep. It's an X-02 Wyvern from the Ace Combat series, with the OADF paint scheme (which was introduced in Ace Combat Zero, iirc). At high speeds, the ruddervators (?) on the back tilt down to become elevators and the forward-swept portion of the wing swivels into the inner portion (the leading edge of the inner portion literally opens up and allows the outer part to fold inward). It's pretty nifty.

I've never seen the Wyvern before, so that's why I was confused. Today I actually finally got the Falken in Ace Combat 5. That plane is loving ridiculous. The whole roosterpit lifts up and there's a bigass laser underneath it. The roosterpit itself doesn't even seem to have windows either, it's like there are cameras all over the outside and video screens on the inside.

And yes, they are referred to as ruddervators

ATF competition F-22 beat YF-23 because the F-22 has slightly better agility.
This plane was as stealthy as a B-2 Bomber (more stealthy than the F-22)
it went at a speed so high it's still classified.
it has a higher combat radius than the F-22
was lighter than the F-22

it also made the due date for the ATF competition, the F-22 did not.
