well i drank hot chocolate about 11 hours ago. i didnt burn my tongue on it though.

its been going on ever since i woke up i think

wikipedia says Burning Mouth Syndrome causes pain that is unremitting, so if you just woke up with it today it's pretty much impossible that you have it.
