actually i'm almost certain
the first one is a dead giveaway; it's style is radically different from the second image and it's blatantly obvious that it was just fillcanned
however, because of that, i can't reverse search it.
the second one also stumps me - it looks untouched although maybe it's resized or recolored, but either way, nothing comes up when i reverse image search.
adding to how i said they were different, the first one's background was sloppily put in, while the second doesn't even have one. the first one also has a black outline with anti-aliasing - the second has aliased, colored outlines. i can't say they're made by different people but if they are or not it's not by the OP.
although i can't give solid proof now i'm still holding the sense that these are stolen works.

at this point im not even trying to prove that these pictures are stolen it's incredibly obvious
i want to credit/alert the artist(s) who actually drew these

the thing is i'm not even into mlp and this is one reason why
art theft is horrible and it always seems to be the really good MLP artists who are the only good eggs in the otherwise malicious community and then the horrible bronies go and deface their art
it's sad really and i feel bad for the ones who are into MLP but have to deal with such a malevolent group

yeah i guess but i should probably say something because maybe if i told them they'd like, put a watermark on their drawings bc like i said it's probably gonna happen again and you might as well keep it safe

update: a friend of mine who's into MLP (she draws fanart herself) tried to convince me that sometimes artists give out templates or base drawings for others to color or add to. i have seen this before and if that's the case, please credit whoever made the template or base as well if you're going to use one. just because you colored it in doesn't mean you own the entire drawing.
