Author Topic: Have you ever bought CDs/Records online?  (Read 584 times)

I just got a record off Axis Records.

I'm really excited, because it's one of my favorite EPs, elsewhere I could have payed 72 dollars!

But anyway, /title.

I bought like one album from itunes once
but generally I don't buy music. it's a waste as far as I'm concerned, I just use youtube. I don't even listen to music that much tho. if I'm bored I'd rather watch a movie

I haven't bought any CD's or records online before, but I have bought singles from iTunes before.

I just use YouTube and download dem free EDM songs.

But you can listen to music while doing other things! :(

while i suppose having a physical copy of an album is nice, i dont really bother with it lol. i did just purchase a cd/dvd of Snarky Puppy's latest album, because it comes with bonus content. woo

I recently bought everything by Falconer (7 CD's) and two Vinyls, all from Amazon. They came fine.

I always buy music from my artists because they deserve my money and I actually beleive in supporting artists. In terms of recent physical copies, I had preordered Periphey's "EP" Clear a month or so ago, and it comes out tomorrow. Getting a CD and Poster. Before that was Humanity's last Breath Deluxe CD and TesseracT's Altered State CD.

This whole "Uhhgh I'm just gon pirate my favrit music" is gross. If it's really your favorite, why aren't you supporting the person who made it? People are acting more and more entitled to their music, and it's loving disgusting. Artists generally make music for themselves, not you.
