Maybe (if you're willing to make some alterations to the moodles) if your anxiety and tiredness are both really high you're at risk of passing out from anywhere from 1 second to maybe 3 or 5 minutes.
If you're tiredness reaches the lowest point, you pass out and then wake up having the second lowest tiredness.
Basically you pass out continuously until you actually sleep somewhere in the shade. (Aka under a tree or in a building)
Also if you run out of oxygen underwater, passing out as opposed to taking damage would be really cool because someone could try to save you or something. Idk it could just provide for some really cool gameplay.

This system could work if while passed out you could be carried like in SMM, but I think it should significantly slow the carrier down. This way people can save you or hold you at random for other survivor groups.
You can pickup people who are passed out, yes.
Although it would be nice to have it where it slows down the player quite a bit. I agree with this idea a lot.
Also, again if you're willing to change the moodles a bit from what PZ uses, I think being at the highest or second highest level of Hunger and Thirst should give a player the lowest level of InPain.

Well at the moment there are no 'levels' of inpain. Being inpain just means the player is hurting from just being injured and it acts like a sort of timeout so the player can't heal during combat. Only until inpain is over.
