Just saying it now, Sweden is likely never going to own nuclear weapons.  We may supply them, but at this point, Canada and the US supply us with Uranium, and we use it for power.

Sweden goes along making its power plants because we need electricity.  Another plant is put up, and power is sold to Norway in exchange for oil.  Volvo production increases and prices fall.  Many families who haven't yet gotten a car are becoming able to purchase new automobiles.

A test on a missile defense system fails miserably, destroying a barn.  No one was hurt, but the owners are compensated for their losses.

The Geneva conventions, all but Article IV, were already in effect before 1947.  If you want to sound like you know what you're talking about, then specify Article IV, since everything else is already in place.

Um, no that's not how it works.  You agreed to a trade agreement and nuclear power plant designs weren't a prerequisite.  Regardless, you can have them.  Designs are shipped in the form of a strange plastic and metal cartriges with the dimensions of 9.5"×13.1"×2.2".  Sweden will send over equipment to read it soon.
