Canadian submarines and naval destroyers and carriers can be seen bombarding military ports in Colombia Venezuela. A group of 5 destroyer+ground forces is sent to the Panama cbrown town to swipe it.
Canada also provides troops of their own to fight alongside their brother, Brazil.
Canada wishes to get rid of the Latin Reds. In protection though, the many naval fleets are still patrolling Canadian waters.
