Propaganda is spread throughout Vietnam.

It mainly insults Australia and Canada.

One of the posters was something to the effect of:

"Canada and Australia. Both former members of the British Crown. Both democratic countries. Both, democratic pig dogs with no wants but money, oil and death."
A picture is shown of a Canadian & Australian server on top of a mountain of skulls of babies, sharing a drink.

People in Vietnam begin to hate Canada and Australia 10x more.
