Secret locations move up in tarps, as ships and submarines move out. AA Guns are set up, and Vietnamese people move out to the countryside and beyond, hiding. It would be impossible for it to affect them all, but some parts could be affected.

Canada condemns the use of biological/chemical weapons if Australia is thinking about it, although Canada donates some troops toward what ever Australia is thinking about (I would like to know over PM).

Canada goes behind the point that human suffering isn't the point of war, that is why the Geneva convention is a thing (right?).

could have just stated "proposal: have geneva convention".

Canada continues to fight bravely alongside Brazil.
