i think "noob" has been used excessively..

- I've been playing for about 1.5 years, I use decent grammar.
- When you join a server, if you get forced into a minigame do not complain, if you get forced into a team/group and don't want it, do not complain, if you have just made a really cool build and want to load it and get refused, do not complain, and if you want to be admin for no apparent reason and get refused, do not complain.
