No. The servers are acting up, I believe the DDoS is over.

This is probably true, considering MoR self-destructed his twitter account (last time I checked, at least).
According to Zapk's website, everything is down except for the forums and RTB.
It's probably because of changing hosts to cloudflare. Like Ipquarx said,

Apperantly i know why people who cant launch blockland due to the launcher cant find the URL Manifest, because http://blockland.us is offline. I found a sulution, well, if you can. You needed to transfer your key to Steam, otherwise, bad luck.
It wouldn't fix the Auth, but you can still play Offline.
