It looks about as finished as your Hong Kong map.
Try to get more detail in your builds next time, yeah sure this is Blockland but there's more to use than the cubes!

The problem about your builds is you're leaving it down to the player's imagination to create the detail of server.
A baseplate cube is a baseplate cube, not a building.
Add detail to your builds, look at others for example.

Since 2013, we have probably had around 10 brickpack's released.
I don't think you can justify the lack of detail due to the build being finished 3 months ago.
