Hello, few days ago, my Dad drove me around the San Diego bay area. I saw many Modern houses so that inspired me to build this.

It's not really the pictures that are the problem
The colors of the house itself seem a little dark to be a beach house

Yea I have to agree that this is not a beach house. Its more like a "Woods/Country Modern House"

very tiny but not bad, some weird novice mistakes like not having the lights actually glow or have a light attached or any of that nonsense.

It looks a little claustrophobic and not enough open concept
And the color scheme is a little weird for my taste but other than that its great!

Yea again, please download the save before you post. The photos are somehow weird. And I was using shaders so the photos are darker.
