Juvinaldelenquint should be juvenile delinquent. It should be sir or madam, not sir and/or madam, unless you are talking about multiple people. With doesn't have an h before the w. You should be capitalized. All sentences require punctuation.

Well I'm Sorry for not carrying around a thesaurus with me and by "And/or", I imply that you may be Male, Female or Both.

Its hard to read that sentence. It actually took me a while to comprehend what you meant by the whole "and/or" thing. Try punctuation out, its rad.
You don't have to be perfect, but you do need to be good enough that people don't have to read your post multiple times in order to understand it.
